Stéphane Daniel advises multiple firms with high technological dimensions in their structuring, fundraising, and M&A transactions.

He is a leading expert in the structuring of strategic and complex projects, particularly in highly regulated environments.

Stéphane TEMPhas been involved in high-profile cases since 2017, such as the structuring (under French law) of one of the first real estate tokenization transactions, crypto asset ETFs and “Other FIA” crypto asset investment funds.

He was also involved in the first legal structuring (under French law) of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), in particular in decentralized finance (DeFi).

He also advises companies on equity, debt, token, or hybrid fundraising transactions, in particular BSA Air (SAFEs), future token sales contracts (SAFT) or token warrants, both on the side of project holders and investment funds.

Finally, Stéphane advises entrepreneurs and investors in their merger and acquisition transactions. In particular, he is an expert in assisting companies using blockchain in mergers and acquisitions.

Stéphane is a regular speaker on DAO and DeFi topics at major French universities (Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Université Catholique de Lille).

Former member of Paris Europlace, where he contributed to the work on regulating ICOs and PSANs, he is now a member of the Association for the Development of Digital Assets (ADAN).
